• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of $500 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
