Why Do You Need an Indiana Vehicle Bill of Sale?
An Indiana Bill of Sale is an important document you give when you sell and transfer the title of a vehicle. You also use it to register the vehicle with the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV).
The form should comprise:
- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- Make and model
- Year
- Current odometer reading (of the vehicle that is not up to 10 years old).
