William G. Dittrick has been a member of the firm’s Litigation Section since 1976 and practices in the area of commercial litigation. He regularly assists clients with respect to general commercial litigation, corporate governance and derivative rights, and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in multi-million dollar product liability and class action cases.
