Description
Tim Buxton is an accomplished trial attorney with over 20 years of
courtroom experience. Tim was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania.
He graduated from Bethany College in West Virginia and The Vermont Law
School. After graduating law school, Tim joined the United States Air
Force where he served as a Judge Advocate. He served in the Air Force
from 1988 through 1999 during which time he was chosen for elite
positions such as Circuit Prosecutor, Appellate Attorney and Instructor
at the Air Force Judge Advocate General School. After separating from
the Air Force, Tim worked for a large plaintiff’s firm in Denver where
he gained extensive experience in all aspects of personal injury
practice including auto and truck accidents, medical malpractice,
nursing home abuse, wrongful death, birth trauma, traumatic brain
injuries, and premises liability.
