Description
The focus of our practice is family estate planning, including wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, guardianships for minor children, special needs trusts, and specialized planning for non-U.S. citizens. We also represent corporate and other business clients in ongoing and proposed business activities, including entity formation and governance, buy-sell arrangements, financing, contracts, dissolution, and in select litigation matters. Where business and estate planning needs intersect, we work with clients to develop appropriate plans that address concerns such as ownership/management succession and asset protection.
