The purpose of this blog is to help make the world a better place for injured people and the trial lawyers who represent them.The main focus of this blog is Colorado personal injury litigation and trial practice: teaching and interacting with other plaintiff's attorneys so that they may better serve their clients and level the personal injury playing field in Colorado, which has been tilted in favor of the defense ever since the onslaught of "tort reform" in the 1980's.
