Our principal focus is the provision of estate planning, real estate and business legal services. Our estate planning services include the drafting of Wills and Living Trusts and litigation services including the probating of decedent and conservatee estates, and the prosecution and defense of financial elder abuse cases. Real estate services provided include partitions, boundary disputes, private nuisances, landlord - tenant, foreclosures, review and drafting of purchase and sale agreements and deeds of trust.
