Description
Government estimates of demands on Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid have been far too low. Continuing changes in health care, coupled with dramatically-rising costs, face all of us. At best, this is a problem. At worst, it can become our personal nightmare when we are at our most vulnerable. Elder law is a relatively new practice specialty to protect those who face these issues.
