Description
While Mr. Loftus concentrates primarily in personal injury litigation, over the last several years the scope of his practice has expanded. The firm has become increasingly involved in employment litigation, particularly in the area of retaliatory or wrongful discharge cases. In addition, Mr. Loftus has been retained in several cases to pursue insurance companies for fraud or other improper conduct.
