We are a two attorney law firm supported by paralegals and clerical staff. All of our employees are bilingual or multilingual with various cultural and international backgrounds. We handle all types of immigration cases: citizenship applications; family visa petitions; fiancé and fiancée petitions; student visas; nonimmigrant employment-related visas; employment-based immigrant visa applications, including investor visas, labor certifications and national interest waivers; asylum applications; exclusion, deportation and removal cases; and immigration-related litigation. We advise criminal defendants and their criminal defense attorneys on the immigration consequences of criminal charges and convictions.
