The following is a synopsis of the Terms of the Employment Agreement

  • Business type of Employer (individual, corporation, etc.)
  • Name of Employee
  • Description Job Title
  • Description of Job Duties
  • Term of Employment
  • If Employment is "at will" (y/n)
  • Begin and End Date of Employment
  • Compensation of Employee - how much and when paid
  • If compensation includes commissions, how commissions are handled following termination
  • If vacation pay is included (y/n); if yes, how much
  • If vacation pay allowed, provision that vacation pay cannot accrue over years
  • If group health insurance as provided to other employees, if any, is included
  • Description of any other form of compensation, if any, may be included
  • Employee will devote full time and attention to this Employment
  • Employee will adhere to Employer's rules
  • Employment subject to Employer's satisfaction of Employee's services
  • Employment will not be a breach of any agreement between Employee and third person
  • Records of Employer are owned by Employer only whether prepared by Employee or not
